From an individual seeking insurance to a large corporate group, we can assist. Our services include life, health, disability, and long term care insurance planning as well as personal asset protection planning, probate avoidance planning, advanced wealth transfer planning and business startup and continuation planning. Business services include group life, health and disability benefit plans. We believe in the CDHP model(Consumer Driven Health Plans) and have an intricate knowledge of High Deductible health plans, HSA's, HRA's and Section 125 POP. We further specialize in sophisticated benefit strategies such as 412(i)Defined Benefits, VEBA's, 419 Plans, Section 303 Stock Redemption funding, Section 162 Executive Bonus funding and large case life insurance as security for commercial, and personal loans. For companies with employees and operations in multiple states, we offer uniform, national health insurance plans. We also have options available for foriegn nationals residing in the United States. Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |

All transactions are governed by state law which assures consumer protections. If you are not satisfied with policies purchased they can be returned for full and complete refunds, certain time restrictions apply however. |

What are your rate plans? |
| |
Rates are dependent upon age, smoking habits and company policy at the time of application. Once a policy is issued rates are usually guaranteed for 1 year. In the case of life insurance rates are guaranteed for the duration of the term period for which the policy is purchased. |

What is covered? |

Major medical expenses, in some cases long and short-term disability and final expenses related to death. Maternity coverage is also an option at additional costs and after a waiting period. |

Are pre-existing conditions covered? |

For most individual health insurance pre-existing conditions are usually covered after a period of 12 consecutive months of coverage unless they are excluded either for a longer period of time or permanently by the issuing company. |

If they are competetive. I will usually match up 2 to 3 companies based on consumer need, price and certain underwriting criteria. |

Be prepared for a 30 day wait once an application has been completed and all requirements are submitted to the company. |
