| Since 1983, Rosenblum Silverman Sutton Investment Counsel (RSSIC) has been taking care of individuals, families, trusts, foundations and non-profit organizations. We are a fee based independent financial advisor based in San Francisco California. We specialize in two services, managing investment portfolios and acting as a fiduciary assisting our clients with all their financial matters. No two clients are the same, and neither are their financial circumstances, so all portfolios and financial plans are customized according to the needs of each client. |

No, we require full discretion on every account. However, an investment policy is created for each account and is signed off on by the client and the portfolio manager. This policy creates limits that the client understands and is comfortable with and we are not allowed to exceed those limitations with our the clients approval. |
