I work closely with my clients within their risk tolerance and time horizon. I do not generally charge for consultations. This industry does not permit a "Refund Policy" regarding investments.

Q.	If you are going to manage my account, will you obtain my permission every time you buy or sell something?
Yes, I am required to obtain your permission every time I buy or sell something, unless you are a Fee basis account AND you grant me discretionary powers. In that case, I will discuss initiating an investment with you, but may liquidate the investment if I cannot reach you and I feel it would be in your best interest to liquidate the investment.

Income and Retirement Planning is where I have been focused since 1980.

After 30 plus years in the industry (and a few bear markets), I have a wealth of experience covering a wide array of investment techniques. I work with approximately 75 households.

We will discuss whether a Fee basis or Commission basis is appropriate.

I work on a sliding scale of the value of the accounts per household from .75% up to 2.0%. Qualified and non-qualified accounts and all family members are counted together.

I have at least 2 consultations with the participant, that we may get to know one another. During that time we will discuss several appropriate avenues of investment within the client's risk tolerance and time horizon.

Depending on the plan restrictions, 7 to 10 days, although I did have one rollover where the plan did not allow a rollover for two years - but that was a very old plan that needed to be updated.
