Frequently Asked Questions |
 |
| Q. |
Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
| |
When we quote a fee for a financial plan, I always make it clear that if the client feels that the work we have performed is not worth our fee, then I won't bill them. |
|
| Q. |
What is your approach to financial planning? |
| |
Financial planning can be somewhat hypothetical. I take a conservative approach when performing calculations of a client's financial future, so that we don't create a "pie in the sky" type of plan. |
|
| Q. |
What services do you offer? |
| |
Comprehensive financial planning and asset management. |
|
| Q. |
How many clients do you currently manage? |
|
| Q. |
Will you be the only person working with me? |
| |
I would be the only person meeting with you to review your investments and financial plan. I do have a very qualified team of people to help with administrative issues. |
|
| Q. |
How are you compensated? How will I pay for your services? |
| |
Hourly Fee and/or asset management fee based on a percentage of assets. |
|
| Q. |
If you are going to manage my account, will you obtain my permission every time you buy or sell something? |
| |
Most of our client accounts are discretionary and I would recommend this type of set up. From time to time, we will make an exception. |
|
| Q. |
Do you offer any guaranteed results? |
|
| Q. |
How much risk should I be willing to take? |
| |
Depends on your risk tolerance, time horizon, etc. |
|
| Q. |
Have you ever been charged with any breaches? |
|
| Q. |
What services do you provide? What are your specialties? |
| |
We offer an approach to investing that we call Advance and Protect. We try to identify positive trends and put you in front of them. When we sees risks in the market, we have no problem going to cash. |
|
| Q. |
What is your experience? How many clients do you currently manage? |
| |
I've been a financial advisor for 16 years and I have approximately 140 clients. |
|
| Q. |
What financial institution(s) do you represent? |
|
| Q. |
Do you provide a free initial consultation? |
|
| Q. |
Why should I choose you as my financial advisor? |
| |
We provide an extraordinary level of client service by anticipating the needs of our clients. We feel that our advance and protect approach to asset management provides our clients with risk reduction, with the opportunity for substantial investment returns. |
