Summary:

This designation is designed to prepare financial professionals to properly assist their older clientele. Fields of study include retirement planning, estate and trust planning, and other topics pertaining to the financial situation of elders. All three tracks provided by the National Society of Accountants must be completed, and a test must be passed for each level. Three years of experience are required in either accounting or taxation before a professional can earn this designation.
