Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM)
Summary:
This is said to be the pinnacle designation for community association management. A candidate must first earn CMCA, AMS, as well as pass higher level coursework in the Professional Management Development Program. The candidate is required to have at least five years of community association management experience, and must also agree to a code of ethics. The candidate must re-designate every three years and follow continuing education requirements.
