Summary:

To be considered for this designation, a candidate must have at least three years experience with the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), have IRS Code/Regulations experience and complete an approved ICB course on employee benefit/retirement services OR have five years experience with ERISA and IRS Code/Regulations. The candidate must also sign a professional code of ethics and complete an examination. Thirty hours of continuing education must be completed every 3 years.
