In order to obtain this designation, a professional must complete the following four requirements: completion of a two-day ABR course and its accompanying exam, completion of an ABRM course and its exam, documentation of twenty-five completed real estate transactions, and remaining in good standing with the National Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council
