Summary:

This designation is designed for professionals who specialize in the sale, lease and management of real estate. The candidate must first be a member of the RLI. Professionals must also have handled at least $5 million in land transactions or have handled 25 land transactions. Candidates must then complete 120 credits of coursework involving analysis, planning and land brokerage.
