Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA)
Summary:
To be considered for this designation, an appraiser must first have at least five years worth of experience as a full-time appraiser. The candidate must also possess a college degree or its equivalent. The candidate must then submit documented appraisal reports that conform to American Society of Appraisers (ASA) standards and code of ethics. An examination is then offered, and the candidate must score at least a 75 in order to pass.
