Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Summary:

To become a CMA, a candidate must meet both an educational and experiential requirement. For the education requirement, a candidate must either have a bachelors degree, score in the 50th percentile or above on the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examination (GRE), or hold a comparable designation already (CPA, CFM, etc.). The candidate must have at least two years of management accounting or financial management experience. A multi-part exam must be passed, and the candidate must sign a code of ethics before being able to use the designation.
