Janet is the founder and the president of Sierra Pacific Financial Advisors, LLC (SPFA), an independent fee-only Register Investment Advisory (RIA) that focuses on financial planning, wealth management and corporate retirement planning. Janet oversees operations, client relations, business development and strategic planning for SPFA. She leads the investment committee at SPFA to define comprehensive planning strategies and sophisticated investment solutions for clients. She is also responsible for advanced employer retirement planning for small-to-mid size companies.

Daniel joined SPFA as the director of financial planning and wealth advisor. He utilizes his experience and background to develop holistic financial plans, including savings, retirement planning, stock equity strategy, college funding, tax planning and risk mitigation/insurance need analysis. Daniel listens to clients goals and ideals, and creates sound strategies to meet their objectives from estate tax management, legacy planning to charitable gifting. Daniel has over 20 years in financial planning for both corporate and individual clients. He enjoys combining his extensive knowledge of financial planning and presentation skills to help clients engage and implement their plans
Yun Cho Messina
FRM, MBA
Yun is passionate about helping individuals manage their financial resources fruitfully and purposefully as an entrusted financial steward. She joined SPFA as a wealth advisor to fulfill her passion. Yun develops a financial roadmap which considers individual objectives, income requirements, unique needs and tax situations to help people achieve their life purpose. She has years of work experience and knowledge in institutional investment management.
Yun completed the Personal Financial Planning certificate program from the University of California Berkeley Extension. She is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) San Francisco Chapter. She is currently pursuing her CFP designation.
Aaron Sanchez
Aaron has a long history of helping individuals and businesses with a variety of financial needs. From an early career in health insurance benefits and provider relations, to commercial real estate sales and investments, Aaron has been trusted to help clients make important and big decisions in their financial lives.
As a former business owner, previously operated a landscape consulting business, Aaron is passionate about satisfying his clients and listening attentively to their needs. His excellent customer service and knowledge of small businesses build a solid foundation to expand his career as a 401(K) Plan advisor.
Jacob Rodriguez
Jacob joined SPFA as the financial operations associate. He specializes in client relations and all aspects of investment operations functions. He is the primary contact at SPFA for account servicing requests and operation processes. Being a part of the team, Jacob main responsibilities include tending to the needs of the clients to enhance their overall experience at SPFA, producing quarterly investment reports and managing billing systems.
Jacob has great passion about personal finance. That prompts him to study B.S. degree in Business Administration with Finance Concentration. He is expecting to graduate from California State University East Bay in Fall of 2022.
