  • What are your qualifications? What is your education background? I have a law degree from Fordham Law school. I'm also an accredited asset management specialist AAMS. This gives me a unique perspective for financial planning while advising my clients.
  • What is your approach to financial planning? We believe that less is more. Many planners will want to justify themselves with elaborate and lengthy financial plans. Our approach is a simple one: we analyze where client is, where they want to go, and develop a plan on how to get there.
  • Will you be the only person working with me? My son works with me in the business. Everything we do, we do as a team. We believe having two perspectives on the same topic is extremely beneficial to our clients.
  • How are you compensated? How will I pay for your services? In our advisory relationships we are compensated with an annual fee. This fee varies based on the size of the account managed. This advisory fee comes out of the assets every quarter or if you prefer you can write a check for the fee.

Mike graduated from Seton Hall with a BA in Social Studies. He then attended Fordham Law School in New York City where he received his Juris Doctorate. He then served four years in the United States Marine Corps in the Judge Advocate Gerneral’s Corps attaining the rank Major. Following his service in the USMC, Mike worked for Warner Lambert as a Corporate Counsel for 20 years where he served in a variety of areas including real estate, international, mergers and acquisitions, and labor and employment. Since leaving Corporate America Mike has been in the Financial Service industry for the last 20 years. He uses his in depth knowledge and career experiences to ensure that his clients are well prepared for retirement and wealth transfer strategies. Mike specializes in working with high net worth individuals, and business owners, with a focus on corporate executives.
