About Bozidar Jovanovic

Bozidar is quantitative oriented advisor and portfolio manager. He is PhD, a CFA® charterholder and has Certificate in Quantitative Finance. His long career includes hedge fund strategies, long only strategies, portfolio and risk research and managing multi asset portfolios for individuals, families, as well as institutional investors. In his last corporate role he was a Chief Portfolio Strategist of a private bank responsible for 3 Bln USD in invested assets.

His focus is on providing financial advice that has clients best interest at the center. We build resilient portfolios with the goal of minimizing the market downturns.

Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?

In case client decides to discontinue using our services, the fees would be prorated to the moment when the relationship is discontinued.

Why should I choose you as my financial advisor?

Honey Badger Advisors is a fully independent firm, that is focused on fiduciary responsibility. We look for what's best for you - and we don't have a roster of questionable products to sell. We are not beholden to anyone - banks, funds, insurance companies or activist organizations. We employ portfolio construction and management methods that are backed by research and years of experience. Our only motivation is to serve our clients with our expertise.

What are your qualifications? What is your education background?

PhD, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certificate in Quantitative Finance. I have 25 years experience in finance and investment management, working with clients of different sizes and sophistication. From mass affluent to high net worth and institutional. I have seen market turmoil and recessions and have experience guiding clients through good times and bad.

How do you charge for your services?

Percent of AUM fee for continuous management and advice. Hourly fee for those who have specific projects to work on.

How are you compensated? How will I pay for your services?

For continuing advice and management - AUM charge. A fee is a sliding scale from 1% to 0.7% depending on the amount of assets that the firm manages. The fees under this arrangement are deducted from the assets quarterly in advance. For hourly project work - invoice is submitted upon completion. At that point clients can send a check or bank transfer.
