Yes. We will refund fees collected if a client is dissatisfied with our work. We collect our fees on a quarterly basis and will rebate the quarterly fees in which the client expresses their dissatisfaction.

No. Our clients pay us to manage their assets for them. We will have a previously agreed upon strategy and the client expects us to administer the details of the strategy.
