Before venturing into financial services, Bryan held key roles in senior management, sales, and marketing within the medical device, government sales, and transportation sectors. Armed with a Masters of Science degree in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, and a Bachelors of Science (with Honors) in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Bryan brings a diverse skill set to his financial advisory role. A Kingsport native, Bryan currently resides in Boones Creek with his family. Brian assumed leadership of OneSouth Financial Group's Eastern Tennessee Operation in January 2017, bringing a wealth of experience in wealth management and income planning for clients. His financial journey began in 2008 as an advisor with AIG Financial Network, where he quickly became a standout professional, receiving numerous awards. Recognizing his exceptional abilities, Brian was promoted to Associate Manager in 2010, a role where he excelled in recruiting, training, and developing agents in the Knoxville Market. His dedication and leadership qualities shone through, earning him accolades for his contributions to the team. Brian's success continued when he was promoted to National Management Trainer after five years of impressive service. In this influential position, he played a pivotal role in training agents and management teams across 10 different states, focusing on need-based training and introducing new products to enhance clients' wealth management strategies. In January 2019, Brian's strategic mindset and commitment to client success led to his promotion to lead OneSouth Financial Group's Agency Development for advisors in TN, MS, AL, and KY. In this capacity, he oversees the onboarding of new advisors, designs and delivers weekly training sessions, provides case design expertise, and focuses on income planning strategies, further solidifying the company's dedication to holistic financial planning. Holding licenses such as Series 6 and 63, along with prestigious designations including LUTCF, Chartered Leadership Fellow, and National Social Security Advisor, Brian continues to make a lasting impact within the financial industry through his commitment to excellence and comprehensive financial planning.
