Terry L. Langston, Director of Marketing, 401K Services & National Client Support. Originally a SIPCO client (for his own investment portfolio). Terry joined the SIPCO team in May of 2012. Terry has 27+ years of experience in senior client management, sales, and marketing. Prior experience included acquisition and retention of large Fortune 500 multi-location national clients & third party logistics providers (3PL's) in the Automotive, Energy, Plant Industrial, Agriculture, Food Processing, Aviation, GSA/Military and Healthcare sectors. Terry was responsible for the creation, implementation, & rollout of client specific best practices to eliminate fragmented procurement/supply chains and increase efficiency through 5S Lean efficiency implementations. Terry was the single responsible point of contact for clients site personnel (at up to 900 separate locations), internal sales forces (up to 700 sales reps) and 3PLs (with up to 5000 member companies). He has previously been responsible for RFQ/RFP responses, presentations and large contract negotiations. Terry holds a NASAA Series 65 securities license for registered investment advisors. An inventor (U.S. Patent 5,593,352) & the owner/designer of Comfort Pizza in Comfort, Texas. He and his wife Sandy currently reside in Boerne, TX and have three children.

Annie Serrano serves as Head Trader and provides operations support for the firm. She is an Advent Axys & Moxy Trading specialist. She provides customer support, daily portfolio reconciliation, performance reporting and assists in compliance. She also maintains control procedures and performs data integrity audits to ensure accuracy. Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Northwestern University, her previous experience includes employment with Chicago based Premier Asset Management, LLC. & WaMu Investment, Inc. Annie recently moved to San Antonio, TX in January 2012.

Paul MacNamara CEO/Chief Executive Officer & serves as the firm's senior market strategist and client relations manager. He is a member of the firm's investment committee and manages the firm's ETF & mutual fund portfolios. He also provides client wealth management services for individuals and businesses. He operates and manages the Camp Hill, PA branch office. Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Millersville University, Master of International Relations degree from Troy State University, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, TM. Paul joined the SIPCO team in November of 2004. For the previous five years he owned and operated an independent investment advisory firm. He currently resides in Mechanicsburg, PA. Paul MacNamara retired from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel. He spent four years in the Infantry with the 101st Airborne Division and the remaining 16 years with Special Forces. His operational time was spent in the forward deployed Battalions of 1st Group in Okinawa, Japan and 10th Group in Stuttgart, Germany. He also served as the Commander of the US Army Parachute Team, The Golden Knights, before retiring in 2004.
