Information on Qualified Financial Advisors in Fort Worth, Texas

Financial decisions tend to become more complex during major transitions: selling a business, managing equity compensation, navigating a significant increase in income, or receiving an inheritance. In those moments, the challenge usually isn't access to advice, it's making sure every decision works together as part of a larger plan.
I'm a CFP® professional and Managing Partner of Good Life Private Wealth, a fee-only fiduciary firm based in Fort Worth. I work primarily with business owners, executives, and high-income professionals who want a more coordinated approach to investments, taxes, retirement planning, and major financial decisions.
Before becoming an advisor, I served as Vice President of Operations for one of my family's businesses, overseeing more than 50 employees. That experience continues to shape how I work with clients and think about complex financial decisions.
If your financial life feels more complex than coordinated, I'd be happy to connect.
Many of our clients are navigating major financial transitions such as selling a business, managing equity compensation, planning around a significant increase in income, or coordinating multigenerational wealth decisions. In these situations, the challenge is often not access to adviceit's making sure every financial decision works together as part of a larger strategy.
Our role is to help clients coordinate investments, tax planning, retirement decisions, estate planning, and cash flow in a clear and organized way. We often work alongside CPAs and estate attorneys to help ensure strategies remain aligned as life evolves.
As a fee-only firm, we do not receive commissions or third-party compensation. Every recommendation is made in our clients' best interests.
We intentionally maintain a limited number of client relationships so we can provide thoughtful advice, proactive communication, and long-term partnership.

After earning a degree in Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1990, she moved to Orlando, Florida and started her career with Harcourt Brace Publishing. Her journey into personal finance began when she enrolled in her 401K and wanted to learn about additional options to plan for retirement. Not many advisors were willing to help her with her 401K choices, and none offered a written financial plan. In 1994 she left Harcourt Brace Publishing and became licensed to work as a Financial Advisor. In 1998, she completed the rigorous education and experience requirements to become a CFP.
With over 9 years of professional experience as a financial advisor, she daily strives to make the complex simple when advising clients. She often remembers what the experience was like when she was young and looking for an advisor. This memory enables her to be sensitive and patient in all of her interactions. Education is also an important component of her practice, and she has been quoted by CBS News, Yahoo Finance, and MSN.
She and her husband live in Fort Worth, and they have an amazing son Andrew. He is a Young Steinway Artist in graduate school at Texas Christian University. When her son was younger, she was very active in the homeschool community and served as a director, teacher, and support group leader. Her proudest accomplishments are persevering in homeschooling through high school and founding Waymaker Financial Planning.
In her spare time, she enjoys walking through the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens to get inspired to make her own garden more beautiful. Spring is her favorite time of year and she loves exploring backroads filled with beautiful fields of Texas Bluebonnets. Occasionally, when her adventurous side kicks in, she goes white water rafting - with an experienced guide, of course!

Prior to joining the BMO Investment Services team, I earned a Bachelors of Science at the
University of Texas at Austin and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at Southern
Methodist University. I hold the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation, the CERTFIED
FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA)
designation. I hold my series 7 and 66 licenses, held through LPL Financial along with life and
health insurance licenses.
My wife, Christina, and I reside in Dallas, Texas where I was born and raised. We welcomed
our daughter, Hollis Newman, into the world in February of 2023. In my spare time, I enjoy
golf, boating and college football. I am a long time member of Park Cities Presbyterian
Church. As an avid Seinfeld fan, I never tire of the catchphrase greeting "Hello, Newman."
Gratitude shapes everything that I do. I thoroughly enjoy my job and am grateful for all clients
that allow me to spend my days on a practice that I love.
Our financial advisors are held to high industry standards and codes of conduct-with oversight by various regulatory bodies. But responsibility means nothing without the right expertise. That's why many of our advisors go beyond required securities licenses and acquire additional designations to continuously improve their knowledge and skills.

That's where I come in.
I'm Andrew Kacz, founder of Elevated Wealth Advisory, and my goal is simple: to help you confidently answer the question, "Am I going to be okay?"
That question became personal for me after my father passed away. My mother turned to me and asked exactly that and being able to give her clarity and confidence in that moment is what drives the work I do every day.
I work with individuals and families who want more than just investment advice. They want a clear plan, a better understanding of their financial picture, and guidance they can actually trust.
My approach is centered around three key principles:
Clarity: simplifying complex financial decisions so you can move forward with confidence
Strategy: aligning your investments, taxes, and long-term goals into one cohesive plan
Partnership: being someone you can rely on through every stage of life
Whether you're preparing for retirement, navigating an inheritance, or simply looking to get more organized, my role is to help you make confident, informed decisions about your financial future.
We are a comprehensive wealth management firm focused on helping clients develop and protect what matters most.
Our approach goes beyond just managing investments. We bring every piece of your financial life together, including:
Investment management
Tax-efficient planning strategies
Estate and legacy planning
Cash flow and retirement planning
Why does this matter? Because most financial mistakes don't happen from one bad decision-they happen when everything isn't working together.
We focus heavily on after-tax outcomes, helping clients avoid "overtipping the IRS" and keep more of what they've worked hard to build.
Our clients often come to us during important transitions-approaching retirement, receiving an inheritance, or simply realizing they want a more organized and proactive plan. What they get is not just advice, but a structured, ongoing strategy designed to adapt as life changes.

Unlike many other investment firms that use a cookie-cutter financial plan for all their investors, we apply our Purpose-Based Asset Management approach. By creating separate compartments for each investor's multiple purposes, we create a structure that allows for a prudent, less emotional investment decision-making process.
We believe that markets are efficient and investment returns are determined by asset allocation and the passage of time, not by manager selection or market timing.
We are focused on your security and work tirelessly toward one goal: help you achieve financial peace of mind. As a boutique money management firm, we offer you a service that is personal, private and exclusive.
We know you can go many places for financial advice, but the clients of Disciplined Advisors Group benefit from the more than six decades of investment experience in which we are backed.
