We provide tax planning/preparation for individuals and small businesses, bookkeeping services, payroll services, and QuickBooks assistance. We specialize in the small business market using QuickBooks software where we train and support a number of businesses in San Diego and a few outside of the San Diego area via remote access over a high speed internet connection.

Q.	What are your qualifications? What professional certifications do you have?
I hold an Enrolled Agents license. You can send an e-mail to opr@irs.gov and they will respond usually within 24 hours confirming my license. I am also a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor which can be checked at the Quickbooks.com website by searching for a ProAdvisor in their database. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of San Diego.

Q.	How do you charge for your services?
Consultations are charged by the hour. Tax returns are billed based on the forms needed to prepare your return. Bookkeeping, payroll, and QuickBooks services are billed as a flat fee based on the services requested and the amount of work that is involved.

We pride ourselves on being reasonably priced and providing excellent service. Unlike many other service providers, we return all calls within 24 hours. We will also meet with you at your place of business if necessary. We believe in providing you the planning services necessary to help minimize your tax liability at year end.
