Any client can terminate the relationship with thirty (30) days notice with no exit or termination charges. |
|
| Q. |

| |
I have been managing money since 1991 and I have an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and I have been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 1989. |
|
| Q. |
What is your approach to financial planning? |
| |
My approach is very customized and tailored to the specific client circumstances. There is no "canned" software package approach. All clients are asked to be collaborative in designing the financial plan that meets their specific goals and objectives. |
|
| Q. |
What services do you offer? |
| |
Investment management is my primary area of expertise. However, I am available to help clients with all areas of financial planning and advice. |
|
| Q. |

|
| Q. |
Will you be the only person working with me? |
| |
Initially, I am the primary point of contact. Depending on the client's specific financial plan, other experts may be involved. |
|
| Q. |
How are you compensated? How will I pay for your services? |
| |
Compensation is based on a fee on assets under management. Normally, the fee is between 1/2% to 1% of the account size charged quarterly. The fee can be charged directly to the account or the client can be invoiced separately. |
|
| Q. |
If you are going to manage my account, will you obtain my permission every time you buy or sell something? |
| |
Most accounts are discretionary whereby I can trade the accounts as I feel is necessary. However, if a client wants me to obtain permission for buying or selling securities (non-discretionary), that can be arranged. |
|
| Q. |
Do you offer any guaranteed results? |
| |
No. It is illegal to guarantee investment results. |
|
| Q. |
How much risk should I be willing to take? |
| |
The risk a client is willing to take is part of the investment strategy. Investment portfolios can be designed and managed in a way that is appropriate and suitable for a client's level of risk aversion. |

|
| Q. |

|
| Q. |
Why should I roll over my 401K plan to your firm? |
| |
I work closely with my clients to structure and customize an investment portfolio based on their specific needs. Generally, when someone rolls over a 401K, they are entering retirement and the needs to properly structure a portfolio are keen and I spend the necessary time with a client to achieve that goal. |
