    Yes, if clients don't believe the initial consultation was worth the cost, they do not have to pay. Also, customer satisfaction surveys are sent to clients annually.

    Two of our professionals have an MBA. Two are CFPs. Our founder, Don Duncan, is also a CPA, and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Our clients have customized programs, designed to grow, protect, and conserve their wealth, while delivering a high level of personal service and expertise.     We offer Financial Planning services to clients on an hourly basis, a project basis, or it can be combined with investment management for clients who prefer a low-cost, all inclusive financial management service, including the preparation of their income taxes.

    With a thorough understanding of a client's investment risk tolerance, time horizon, and return expectation, we prefer that clients provide written permission allowing us to make investment decisions on their behalf.

    The risks in client portfolios are the result of an asset allocation strategy presented to clients after the development of a client's financial plan, which incorporated their long-term financial goals, risk tolerances. We've believe that some clients don't need significant amounts of risk to attain their retirement objective

    None. We are subject to the highest ethical standards set by the College for Financial Planning and the National Association of Professional Financial Advisors (NAPFA). The firm is a registered investment advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which requires us to act in a fiduciary role for our clients.
