Business Description |
We are an Investment Consulting firm working primarily with High Net Worth Individuals anywhere in the US or other countries. We sell no products, are totally independent and objective, we work exclusively for each Client.
We focus on helping a Client develop and maintain a long term financial/investment plan (pre-retirement and post-retirement). We review and make recommendations quarterly – regarding the overall portfolio, adjustment of assets, adjustment of managers, etc.
We follow a disciplined management process, helping Clients with education, information, tools and decision-making to: A.) Determine an appropriate Investment Strategy with effective diversification (i.e. suitable risk, return and preservation of assets); B.) Select mutual funds or managers for each asset class / type of investment, based on our research and Client choices; C.) Evaluate performance of the portfolio and each manager quarterly, D.) Deal creatively with retirement, estate planning, tax issues, etc., working with the Client's accounting and tax specialists.
In short, we do what Clients would do for themselves if they had the time, resources, expertise, experience and contacts to do so. We provide FULL DISCLOSURE: as much information and research as a Client wishes to see/evaluate.
We have no corporate investment philosophy and no obligations to serve the interests of a large corporation and its shareholders. All our advice is customized for each Client.
By helping Clients control portfolio expenses, we normally save Clients more than the fee for our services. Our fee is 1% for the first $1 million and decreases thereafter for larger portfolios. |
