Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |

Yes. We meet with a prospective client and spend about an hour to assess their needs and to determine if they are a fit for our services. This initial meeting is at our expense. Any work that comes after that meeting is subject to our agreed arrangement based upon our standard fee schedule as published in our Form ADV, Part 2. |

All of our advisors have Bachelor (BSBA) and Master (MS) degrees. We are all Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certificants and most are Certified Public Accountants (CPA) as well. Stephen Ahern is a CPA with a Personal Financial Specialist designation (PFS), a CFP and has a MS in Taxation with a concentration in Finacial Planning from Bentley College. |

We prepare a full comprehensive financial plan for each of our clients. This gives clients an overview of their finances as well a plan for us to follow for making your finances in line with your goals. We look at investments, insurance, retirement, educational needs, estate planning, cash flow needs and tax planning. |

We integrate the 401(k) rollover with your overall investment plan to ensure proper tax wise investing and asset allocation. |

| |
Depending upon the 401(k) provider, it can take a week or several weeks. We recommend setting up a rollover IRA account at Schwab or Fidelity and then do a trustee to trustee transfer to efficiently transition your funds to the proper account without tax impact. |
