We work under the compensation arrangement that is in the best interests of our clients. For some, it means we work by a fee-based arrangement. For others, it means we work off of transactional commissions. Many times, the right fit is a blend of the two. Either way, the appropriate compensation structure is based on our clients needs, not our own.
