2026 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors: This ranking was awarded in April 2026. Data was compiled by SHOOK Research LLC based on the time period from 6/30/2024 - 6/30/2025. The ranking is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone, virtual, and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data such as revenue trends and assets under management. The algorithm additionally weighs factors such as service models, compliance records, and industry experience, and focuses on those that encompass best practices in their approach to working with clients. All advisors that are considered have a minimum of seven yearsâ experience. Portfolio performance is not a criterion due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. 2025 Newsweek America's Top Financial Advisory Firms: This rating was published in November 2024. Newsweek partnered with Plant-A Insights group to analyze over 15,000 SEC-registered RIA firms, and shortlisted firms with more than $10 million in AUM, a minimum of three wealth advisors, at least five individual clients, and at least two years of SEC registration. The data was sourced from SEC filings in September 2024. The shortlisted firms were analyzed and scored based on the following factors: asset performance, client performance, advisor expertise and client ratio, breadth of service offerings, and conflicts of interests. Savant did not pay a fee for participation in the ranking, however, Savant has paid a fee to Newsweek to use the ranking in marketing.
2025 Barron's Top 100 RIA Firms: This ranking was awarded on September 15, 2025. The evaluation was based on data submitted for the time period from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Rankings were determined through a multi-faceted process that includes verification of data with advisorsâ firms and regulatory databases. Barronâs then applies a rankings formula to the data to generate a ranking. The formula features three major categories of calculations: 1) assets, 2) revenue, and 3) quality of practice. In each of those categories, Barron's conducts multiple sub calculations. To qualify, companies were required to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent and to satisfy minimum revenue requirements established by Inc. 5000. The rating identifies and ranks leading registered investment advisory firms based on meaningful contributions to clients and the financial industry, deep understanding of client needs, notable impact, and standout performance based on assets under management (AUM) and team results. Firms must manage a minimum of $10 billion in AUM for consideration. Savant did not pay a fee to be considered for this rating. 2025 InvestmentNews Top Independent High-Net-Worth Advisors: This rating was published in March 2025 and based on data compiled by Data Discovery. The selection process is entirely merit-based, relying solely on objective, independent data such as SEC Filings submitted between January 2024 and December 2024. Firms must manage at least $100 million in assets and be independently owned by Discovery Dataâs methodology. Firms cannot be dually registered as BD-RIA firms and must operate without a broker-dealer affiliation. Each firm must serve at least 100 households, including individual and high-net-worth clients.
