Nicholas Terezis

Nicholas Terezis is the founding partner of Marathon Strategic Advisors, LLC and has acted as the companys President since its inception. Prior to forming Marathon, Mr. Terezis worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Gabelli & Company covering various industry sectors from 1997 to 1999. Prior to his work experience with Gabelli & Company, Mr. Terezis was a member of the Portfolio Analysis Group at Bankers Trust Company from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Terezis began his professional career in 1991 and attained the title of Vice President in the mortgage banking industry at Greentree Mortgage Company. Mr. Terezis graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1991 with a B.S. in Economics and Management. Later in 1996, he received his Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School. Mr. Terezis has received the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has passed the following securities exams: NASD Series 7, 55, 63, and 65. Additionally, Mr. Terezis has been: Chairman of the International Orthodox Christian Charities Pittsburgh Metropolitan Committee since 2003; a Columbia Business School Admissions Ambassador since 1997, on the board of Carnegie Delta Upsilon Association for most of the past 30 years; and a member of the CFA Institute, and Pittsburgh Society of Financial Analysts. Mr. Terezis also serves on the investment committees of the following charitable organization boards: Eastern Ohio Community College Foundation, Inc.; Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Steubenville, Ohio; Greek Orthodox Church Foundation; and St. George Orthodox Cathedral of Pittsburgh. Mr. Terezis is an Archon Regional Commander of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, an honor bestowed by His All Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew. He currently resides in Pittsburgh with his wife, Maria, and daughter, Ava.
