Shawn
Shawn McElmoyl

Shawn is dedicated to guiding families toward confident financial decisions. With more than 25 years of experience in wealth management, he serves as a fiduciary always prioritizing the best interests of the individuals and families he supports. His approach is centered on developing financial and investment strategies that bring clarity, alignment, and peace of mind.

Shawn believes that numbers alone don't create a successful plan. He takes time to understand each client's values and perspectives, ensuring their financial strategy reflects not only their goals but also what matters most to them. This thoughtful approach helps foster a strong sense of trust and long-term partnership.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Shawn graduated with high honors from the University of Oregon, earning an Army ROTC Scholarship that led to eight years of service as a combat arms officer. He concluded his military career as a Captain before transitioning to wealth management.

He holds multiple securities licenses and has advanced training in wealth management, investment management, and behavioral finance. He further enhanced his expertise by completing specialized studies in Personal Financial Planning at the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside the office, Shawn is actively involved in his community, having served on the boards of veteran support organizations, non-profits, and family business resource centers. He and his wife, Julie, live in El Dorado Hills with their son, Hayden, and two mini-golden doodles, Finn and Hopper. In his free time, Shawn enjoys cycling, skiing, and golf.

Scott
Scott Vlahon

Scott prides himself on his ability to relate to clients and help them put financial plans into place to help get them to retirement and beyond.

After graduating from Central Michigan University in 2002, Scott spent seven years as a television sportscaster in Mississippi. He decided to give up the anchor desk and enter a field where he could help people. He began his financial services career in 2009 at Capital Preservation Services in Mississippi, later joining Bulman Wealth Group.

The financial world can be complicated, but Scott helps make it easier for his clients to navigate the ever-changing climate surrounding it. His flexibility as an independent agent also allows him to help him find the best fit for his clients.

Scott and his wife, Julie, have two children, Jordan and Siena. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, watching basketball and soccer, and listening to music.

Marcos
Marcos Lemus

Marcos joined Bulman Wealth Group in the winter of 2021, bringing with him over ten years of technology management experience. He prides himself on navigating complex situations with keen attention to detail while keeping his clients best interests in mind. As a solution-focused individual, he seeks out answers he may not know. Marcos has a true servants heart and finds great joy in helping others; he looks forward to building strong relationships with Bulman Wealth Group clients.

Marcos can usually be found with a coffee in hand and a smile on his face. When he's not in the office, Marcos enjoys staying active and playing sports. He's a loyal Sacramento Kings fan and often spends time at Golden 1 Center cheering them on. Marcos and his wife, Sammie, love to travel, explore new places, and discover new restaurants together. In April, they welcomed their baby girl, adding a joyful new chapter to their adventures as a family.

Taran Pannu values building strong client relationships and take pride in understanding client's needs and goals at every stage of life.

Raised in the Central Valley, Taran developed deep roots and a strong appreciation for family and community. He graduated from Fresno State in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. During his senior year, Taran discovered a passion for wealth management, which has guided his career ever since.

Since 2019, Taran has worked in the financial services industry, bringing expertise and dedication to helping clients navigate their financial journeys with personalized strategies tailored to their unique goals. He is committed to fostering long-term success for every client he serves.

Now residing in Roseville with his wife, Amrit, Taran enjoys being closer to family and friends. A devoted family man, he cherishes spending time with loved ones and fostering meaningful connections both personally and professionally.

Rachel Koff

Rachel brings a deep love of people and a passion for service to her role as New Business Development Specialist at Bulman Wealth Group. With a background rooted in the hospitality industry, she honed her skills in customer service, product knowledge, and relationship building. Rachel thrives on creating meaningful connections and takes pride in helping clients navigate their financial journey with ease and confidence. Her dedication to fostering trust and delivering exceptional service makes her an invaluable member of the team.

A California native, Rachel has spent most of her life in the Sacramento area and attended California State University, Fullerton, where she majored in psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her favorite team, the San Francisco Giants, savoring a Napa Cabernet, or embarking on spontaneous adventures to explore new destinations. Whether she's rooting for her team or discovering a hidden gem, Rachel's enthusiasm for life shines through in everything she does.
