FINRA and the State of Florida have continuing education requirements in order to maintain these licenses. He graduated from the University of Central Florida (B.S.B.A - Finance) and the Graduate School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia. He has been active in the Lambda Chi Alpha Alumni Association, the UCF Golden Knights Club, and his neighborhood homeowner association and Board of Directors. Although living in Central Florida for nearly all his life, Mr. Hartman is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, since being born there. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, golf, tennis and boating, and his two children and four grandchildren. Having been licensed for over 30 years, Mr. Hartman has witnessed and experienced a vast array of economic conditions and scenarios, as well as a diverse group of clients with their various goals and objectives.
