Arron Cramer

To ensure the plan and portfolio work seamlessly together, I manage investments in-house using a behavioral, methodical, and data-driven approach. I focus on long-term alignment, cost-efficiency, and minimizing unnecessary risks, so my clients can trust that their money is working for them, not against them.
To better serve a wide range of financial needs, I hold three advanced designations: CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™) for holistic, fiduciary-based planning. AFC® (Accredited Financial Counselor) for debt, cash flow, and budgeting guidance. CSLP® (Certified Student Loan Professional) for complex student loan repayment planning. I care deeply about building long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and partnership. Everyone's version of success looks different, and my goal is to meet clients where they are and help them get where they want to go as strategically as possible.
I was born and raised in Iowa and currently live in Adel with my wife, Ashley (my high school sweetheart), our daughter, and our two dogs. I graduated from Upper Iowa University, where I earned my bachelor's degree and wrestled collegiately. In my free time, I enjoy working out, traveling to national parks, watching movies, and shooting sporting clays.
Over the years, we have found that a team approach can be an effective method to help clients who have a wide variety of needs as they maneuver through a complex financial-services world. We invite you to discover and experience the power of our services. We believe it has far-reaching benefits for our clients to get opinions from several sources with diverse backgrounds, education, and experience.
No one strategy fits everyone, which is why every client gets our undivided attention: from planning to execution to follow-up. We take a proactive approach to helping you develop a strategy to address your financial goals and objectives, using the most efficient methods available.

Like many careers, mine has been a journey of learning and discovering where I'm meant to be. And while I know that journey is far from over, I can confidently say I've reached the fun stage of forever fine-tuning.
After graduating from college in 2011, I pursued a career in corrections and law enforcement. It didn't take long to realize that path wasn't the right fit for me. With encouragement from a family member, I transitioned into the financial world in 2015, starting on the insurance side of the industry within the broker-dealer space. Those early years gave me a strong foundation in understanding risk management. Still, I quickly realized I wasn't interested in just selling products; I wanted to build long-term relationships and help people create financial strategies that grow with them and support the goals that matter most.
In 2020, I obtained my Series 65 registration and shifted my focus entirely to financial planning. By 2021, I had moved my book of business to a new firm to focus solely on building personalized financial plans, investment strategies, and long-term financial goals. Early on, I partnered with outside portfolio managers to handle investments. But as my planning work deepened, I realized that to fully align each client's financial plan and ensure cost-efficiency and the right investment strategy, I needed to manage portfolios directly. I am now an LPL Investment Advisor Representative.
I began doing just that, not only for my clients but also for other advisors' clients. Over time, I realized portfolio management works best as a collaborative team effort, not a solo task. That insight led me to make one final move with my clients to where I am today: proudly serving as a Wealth Manager at Paradigm Wealth Partners, where I work alongside a team that shares my values and commitment to client-first planning.
Today, I practice as a fee-based advisor offering both financial planning and portfolio management. Clients may engage in one or both services. Planning fees range from $1,000 to $2,500, depending on the depth of work. Portfolio management fees range from 0.50% to 0.90% annually, based on household portfolio size. I also offer a free initial consultation so we can determine if we are a good fit to work together.
I consider it a blessing and a privilege to wake up every day and serve such amazing people. I look forward to continuing to grow as an advisor and serving my clients with purpose, care, and dedication.
