Our Team

As Founder, CEO, and Financial Planner at Clarity Wealth Management, I focus on leading our business operations and supporting our clients in pursuing all their financial goals. A top priority of mine is taking complex financial situations and providing custom recommendations that are simple to understand and can be implemented immediately.
Integrity and transparency are the cornerstones of my financial planning practice. With a steadfast commitment to ethical practices, I ensure that every recommendation is grounded in honest, clear, and comprehensive. My clients; building trust is paramount, and I strive to foster enduring relationships through open communication and unwavering dedication to their financial well-being. By providing transparent insights and maintaining the highest standards of integrity, I help clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence.
Prior to establishing my financial planning practice in 2017, I was a PGA Class-A professional with a focus on instruction, teaching over 2000 lessons in 2016. Today, I reside in Owings Mills, Maryland with my wife, Stephanie, my son, Bryson, and Bernese Mountain Dog, Chip. In our spare time, we enjoy golfing together, traveling to new places, and spending time with our friends and family.

As Founder, President, and Financial Planner at Clarity Wealth Management, I focus on leading our marketing efforts and assisting clients with their financial planning needs. My experience lies in strategic financial planning, tax-saving strategies, wealth management, and insurance. Working with federal employees is a passion and specialty of mine. This is why I obtained my certification as a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant. Before joining Clarity Wealth Management, I honed my skills at Medtronic, and then earned my Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. I am also a proud alumnus of James Madison University, where I laid the foundation for my career.
Success drives me, in every sense of the word, and providing for my family is my top motivation. I am committed to helping our team reach its ambitious goals and find great joy in helping clients work towards their financial aspirations. There is no better feeling than informing a client they can retire sooner than expected.
Originally from Fairfax, VA, I now reside in Grasonville, MD with my wife, Claudia, and our children, Nadia, Nicholas, and Scarlett. In my leisure time, I transitioned from being a world-ranked tennis player to a pickleball enthusiast. I enjoy playing the guitar, going to concerts, and staying active with our Peloton. My wife and I are avid concert-goers and love spending time with our close friends.

His approach centers on long-term planning, tax-efficient strategies, and personalized guidance designed to help clients make confident financial decisions at every stage of life.
Andrew believes financial planning doesn't end at retirement, it evolves. He specializes in helping clients transition smoothly into retirement, creating thoughtful withdrawal and income strategies that allow them to enjoy the results of their hard work while maintaining financial stability and confidence.
Outside of work, Andrew is married and a proud father to a young daughter. He enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his family.

I specialize in the behavioral side of finance, helping clients align their habits and emotions with their long-term goals. My approach blends data-driven analysis with real-world coaching, turning complex financial plans into actionable steps that create lasting progress.
I earned my degree in Business Administration from Towson University, where I received awards for business and entrepreneurship. I was drawn to advising and financial planning early on, recognizing how strong communication and valued relationships can profoundly influence financial outcomes. I hold my Life and Health Insurance licenses, along with Series 7, 65, and 66 registrations held with LPL Enterprise, combining technical experience with a relationship-based approach to financial consulting and wealth management.
What sets me apart is my focus on helping clients understand why they make certain financial choices and how to build systems that work with their natural behavior, not against it. My goal is to guide families and individuals toward financial independence through practical, repeatable strategies that promote long-term stability and growth.
Originally from Bloomfield, NJ, I now live in Annapolis, MD with my girlfriend, Sydney, and our hound, Oakley. Outside the office, I'm an amateur bodybuilder with over eight years of training experience and enjoy the discipline, patience, and mental clarity it brings, these traits that carry directly into how I approach financial planning.

I am the Client Relationship Manager at Clarity Wealth Management, where I focus on ensuring every client interaction is seamless, efficient, and genuinely helpful. With over six years of experience in the financial services industry, I assist clients with scheduling, account applications, and documentation, while also providing day-to-day support to Patrick and David to help deliver an exceptional client experience.
Before joining Clarity Wealth Management, I built a strong foundation in finance through my work at an investment and tax firm. That experience deepened my understanding of client service and reinforced my belief that clear, consistent communication is the most valuable tool we can offer our clients.
Originally from Joppatowne, I now call Belcamp home, where I live with my husband, Andrew. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether that's running, playing softball, or simply spending time outdoors.
