Mr. Lyons has more than 25 years assisting clients by carefully listening and then partnering with his clients and their other advisors to arrive at the best strategy and solution to meet each client's unique objectives.

His industry experience includes serving as the Executive Director of a national division of Private Wealth Consultants at UBS Financial Services. This group provided advice to clients on issues including asset allocation, investment strategy, estate and retirement planning. Mr. Lyons was also a member of Merrill Lynch's private wealth financial planning team where he provided sophisticated planning strategies for families, corporate executives and business owners.

Mr. Lyons has demonstrated his commitment to his profession by earning the financial industry's top two credentials: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). If a rollover is appropriate, I manage the process carefully to help avoid unnecessary taxes, penalties, or administrative errors.

Once assets are rolled over, I help design an investment strategy tailored to the client's time horizon, risk tolerance, and retirement objectives. This often includes improving diversification, adjusting asset allocation, and incorporating tax-efficient strategies that may not have been available within the original 401(k).
