About Dino Pagiazitis
As President and Founder of Integrity Point Advisors, I help pre-retirees and retirees turn their savings into a clear retirement income plan - so your 401(k), IRA, and investment accounts can support your life with more confidence and less guesswork.

I have 19 years of experience in the financial industry, including time at Merrill Lynch, Citi Personal Wealth Management, and TD Ameritrade. Today, I run an independent practice focused on retirement income planning and ongoing portfolio management for individuals and families on Long Island and beyond.

At Integrity Point Advisors, I serve clients in a fiduciary capacity and focus on building strategies around your goals - without a sales-driven process. Portfolios are built and managed using individual stocks, ETFs, and bonds, with a strong emphasis on risk management, taxes, and long-term consistency.

Areas I help with include:
- 401(k) and IRA rollovers
- Retirement income planning (withdrawal strategy, cash flow, and coordination with Social Security)
- Customized portfolio management (stocks, ETFs, and individual bonds)
- Tax-aware investing and account strategy
- Legacy planning coordination (beneficiaries, estate and family considerations)

If you're looking for a steady hand and a straightforward plan, I'm happy to have a quick conversation to learn what you're working on and see if it makes sense to connect. I'm based in Commack, NY, and can meet by Zoom or in person.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me staying active or playing guitar- same discipline, different arena.
About Integrity Point Advisors
Integrity Point Advisors is an independent financial planning and investment management practice focused on helping individuals and families make clear, confident financial decisions - especially around retirement planning and retirement income.

We take a planning-first approach. That means we start with your goals, timeline, and real-world needs, then build a strategy that connects the pieces - portfolio structure, cash flow, taxes, and long-term priorities - so everything works together.

Dino Pagiazitis serves clients in a fiduciary capacity through his affiliation with Gladstone Institutional Advisory, LLC. Our approach is designed to be transparent, personal, and practical - built around ongoing guidance and long-term relationships, not a sales-driven process.

Financial Planning for Businesses
Business planning has more moving parts than personal planning. We help business owners evaluate the right mix of strategies: cash-flow planning, tax-aware decisions, and the right retirement/benefit options - to support both the company and the people behind it. Whether the goal is to reduce taxes, improve employee retention, or create a smarter compensation structure, we'll lay out the options in plain English and help you choose what fits.
Financial Planning for Individuals
Define your goals, confirm your risk comfort and timeline, then build a step-by-step plan for your investments and financial priorities - so you and your family have a clear path forward.
Financial Advice & Consulting
Sometimes you don't need a full overhaul - you need a clear answer. We help you make smart, grounded decisions on anything with a dollar sign attached: buying an investment property, evaluating a major purchase (like a vehicle), comparing financing options, or deciding how to use cash reserves. The goal is to remove the emotion and replace it with a simple framework - so you can choose what fits your needs with confidence.
Portfolio Management
Your portfolio is built and managed in-house - no third-party models or cookie-cutter allocations. We design a strategy around your goals, time horizon, and risk comfort, then manage it with diversification, ongoing monitoring, and thoughtful adjustments as markets and your life change. We also focus on keeping investment costs reasonable, so more of your money stays working for you. And over time, the portfolio performance speaks for itself. You'll have clear reporting and regular check-ins so you always know what you own, why you own it, and how it's tracking.
Retirement Planning
Retirement planning isn't a one-time conversation -it's a living plan. About 80% of my clients are retirees or pre-retirees, so the work is built around real-world retirement decisions: when to retire, how to create reliable income, how much risk to take, and how to stay tax-aware along the way. We use sophisticated retirement income planning software to model different scenarios (market changes, inflation, Social Security timing, withdrawals, and spending needs) so the plan is built for you - not a cookie-cutter template. At a minimum, we review your retirement plan annually, and we update it anytime your goals or circumstances change.
401K Rollovers
Rolling over an old 401(k) can feel confusing - and small mistakes can create delays or tax issues. We'll walk you through your options (leaving it in the plan, rolling to a new employer plan, or moving to an IRA), explain the pros and cons in plain English, and help you choose what makes the most sense for your situation. If you decide to move forward, we'll guide you step-by-step through the rollover process and paperwork.
Insurance Planning
I'm not insurance-licensed, but insurance decisions still matter in a solid financial plan. We'll review your risk management needs - life insurance, long-term care planning, and whether an annuity may or may not make sense in your situation. If insurance implementation is needed, I'll coordinate with a trusted third-party specialist I work closely with so you can explore options and make an informed decision.
Annuities
Annuities aren't right for everyone. They can be useful for a specific situation - usually when someone wants to reduce risk and add a layer of guaranteed income, but costs and contract details matter. If you already own an annuity, I can help you review what you have, what it's costing you, and how it fits (or doesn't fit) your overall plan. If you're considering an annuity, we'll walk through the pros and cons and, when appropriate, coordinate with a trusted third-party specialist to evaluate options that best match your goals.
Estate Planning & Trusts
We help you organize and clarify your estate planning goals - how you want assets titled, who should receive what, and how beneficiaries should be structured - using the estate planning tools in our financial planning software. We don't draft legal documents, but we can help you outline your wishes and coordinate the process so you're prepared when it's time to involve an estate planning attorney. This often saves time, reduces back-and-forth, and helps keep the legal work focused and efficient.
Tax Advice and Services
We're not accountants and don't provide tax advice, but we do use tax-efficient investment strategies - particularly for taxable accounts - and we can coordinate with your CPA. We also help evaluate retirement plan contribution strategies that may support your overall tax picture.
Education Funding and Planning
We use financial planning software to forecast future education costs and map out a realistic savings plan. Then we walk through the most tax-efficient ways to fund education - explaining the pros and cons of options like 529 plans, custodial accounts, and other savings vehicles - so you can choose the approach that fits your goals and flexibility needs.
Investment Advice & Management
Customized, in-house portfolio management using stocks, bonds, and ETFs - kept simple, monitored regularly, and built with an eye on keeping costs down. Fees are straightforward and fully transparent.
Wealth Management
One-on-one planning that connects the dots across your investments, taxes, and estate plan. We can collaborate with your CPA and estate attorney to keep everything aligned: account titling, beneficiaries, and tax-smart withdrawal planning (including taxable accounts).
Risk Management
Risk management isn't only about picking investments - it's about building a strategy you can stick with. We start with the practical side: your goals, time horizon, income needs, and how much volatility you're truly comfortable with. Then we go deeper than a questionnaire. We walk through real-world market scenarios - up markets, down markets, and everything in between - so we can design a plan that matches your temperament. Ongoing coaching is part of the process, helping you stay steady and avoid emotional decisions when markets get noisy.
Money Management
If you want to fine-tune your finances, we can help with budgeting and cash-flow coordination - so spending, saving, and withdrawals work together and stay aligned with your plan.
