Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Sure! While it is rarely used, basically we are a "pay as you go" service. You pay quarterly, and if you leave, you automatically get a full refund of any unused days or fees.

What are your qualifications? What is your education background?
My degree is in Financial Planning. I have had designations in the past. How do you charge for your services?
Fee only, no commissions. Quarterly billed. If we grow your money, we grow our revenue. If your account dips, our revenue is lower and we never get a chance to earn that revenue again.

How are you compensated? How will I pay for your services?
We are paid quarterly fee only. The rate paid is based on amount invested.

If you are going to manage my account, will you obtain my permission every time you buy or sell something?
No. We have found clients get better results and are happier with our performance if we don't take time to call every client and explain before we place buys or sells.

How many clients do you currently manage?

We have a team of 5: 2 advisors and 3 admins.

Unfortunately this is not legal in our industry.

The old way of doing this was having the client fill out a "risk tolerance questionnaire." However, we found this was equivalent to a doctor asking a patient how much pain they wanted to experience. The new way of doing this is solving for how much risk the client needs to take to meet their goals and building a portfolio to match that risk.

We are a full service financial firm. We have gone as far as helping people value their businesses, introducing them to business brokers, or even helping a client purchase a car. if it's a financial question, we'd love to help. There's never an extra cost for our help.

What is your experience? How many clients do you currently manage?
We have a very streamlined process that we implement with all of our clients. Each client gets quarterly reviews of their overall plan and can meet as often as they would like with no extra cost. We can make allocation changes as often as necessary without any additional costs to our clients.

What financial institution(s) do you represent?
We intentionally do not represent any financial institution. We work ONLY for you. We can recommend and hold 99% of products on the market which includes many that people who represent institutions cannot. We use LPL Financial to hold our clients' assets. This makes us a true fiduciary with zero conflicts of interest.
