Why I decided to become a financial advisor: Today's world of investing is complex and takes time to do research to make appropriate decisions in a timely manner. All to often families fall prey to financial predators that attempt to sell high cost products and lock up their hard earned money. Even though the world of investing is changing many financial companies apply unrealistic goals. Employees of these financial firms are put under career and goal stress to achieve them despite often knowing those products are of poor choice. I became a financial advisor to provide the greatest quality of products and service i know this industry can provide and that you deserve. Caring means putting our clients first among all else which is why I have taken the oath of a fiduciary advisor. I began my career at Meridian Asset Management and have held many bank management positions over the years. I have extensive experience working with upper level managers and their families. I hold a Bachelors degree in Accounting from PennState, a masters degree, and am a Certified Financial Planner. I take part in many volunteer functions such as scouting, coaching, and community projects.
Our partnership was founded on the basis of having a positive impact on peoples lives through investment and financial planning. We bring sophisticated planning techniques to busy individuals who lack the time to do it themselves, with over 40 years of combined banking and Wall Street experience. Client portfolios are carefully crafted using our expertise in market research, Individual Retirement Accounts, wealth management, college planning and estate planning.

I started my career more than 20 years ago at a large financial services firm in Philadelphia and returned to the Lehigh Valley to found Milestone Financial Associates in 2002, providing comprehensive wealth management for successful families and business owners in our community. My firm's success has allowed me the freedom to be selective in working only with clients I like, for whom I believe I can have a meaningful impact. That is a game changer. Along with the success I've enjoyed, I've had my share of failure as well. I am divorced, and as I reflect on what was undoubtedly the most painful experience of my life, I realize that I am able to relate, not just to the legal and financial aspects with others who are divorced, but I have tremendous empathy for all who have suffered loss and who must now try to revise their financial plans for a future that seems impossibly different than the one they envisioned. I embrace widows, widowers, and divorcees in my practice. The greatest joys in life are my three boys - Ben, Nate, and John. We have busy lives together, between Boy Scout campouts, food drives, hikes, football and basketball practices and games, homework, and listening to the unbearable honking of Johnny learning to play the saxophone! There is never a dull moment!
