Brent earned a B.S. degree in finance and economics and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He is a co-founder of Zero Alpha Group, and a co-founder of the Alliance for RIAs, a prestigious industry group that together manages nearly $50 billion. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and serves on the boards of the Northern Illinois University Foundation and the Rock Valley College Foundation. Brent was named by Chicago magazine as the #1 independent financial advisor for the Chicagoland area in 2009 and one of the nation's top professional advisors by J.K. Lasser. He represented Savant for the 7th year on Barron's list of the "Top 100 Independent Financial Advisors" in the country and in 2017 was ranked by Forbes as #40 on their top 250 wealth advisors list. From 1997 until the survey ended in 2008, Brent appeared on Robb Report Worth magazine's "The Nation's 100 Most Exclusive Wealth Advisors" list. In 2011, Brent was named the nation's 10th "Most Experienced Independent Financial Advisor" by Bloomberg Businessweek. He was named "one of the 17 people advisors should watch in 2017" by Financial Planning magazine. He is a regular columnist for Financial Planning magazine, and is recurrently featured in local, industry, and national media including the Wall Street Journal and Barron's. Brent enjoys traveling, wine, collecting art, boating, fine dining, and spending time with family and friends at their lake house in Lake Geneva, WI. During the 2020 pandemic he became a level 3 sommelier.

Rob has been involved in the financial services industry since 2000. He served as president of Huber Financial Advisors from 2012 until it joined with Savant in 2020 and has been coaching clients since 2001. Rob earned a bachelor's degree in business with a minor in communications from DePaul University. He co-authored the book Victory Lap Retirement, second edition. Rob donates his time as an appointed director of the Western Golf Association, which administers the Evans Scholars Foundation, a private charity that provides full college scholarships to caddies. He also serves as a mentor at Buffalo Grove High School's entrepreneurship program. Rob and his wife Emily have three children and two (mostly amenable) dogs. They enjoy trips to Michigan, sports, theater, and music.

Dennis has been involved in the financial services industry since 1992. He served as CEO of Capital Directions until it joined with Savant in 2023. Prior to joining Capital Directions, Dennis was a senior institutional consultant with TIAA and a staff accountant with KPMG. Dennis earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Appalachian State University. He is an active participant in Vistage, a CEO coaching and peer advisory organization, and serves on the Appalachian State University Foundation Board. Dennis is an active member of Alpharetta (GA) Methodist Church and a supporter of North Fulton Community Charitie' Circle of Hope. Dennis and his wife Katherine have two children. In their free time, they enjoy golf, snow skiing, and supporting the App State Mountaineers and Clemson Tigers.

Rich earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Utah and a master of business administration degree from West Texas A&M. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Rich is a U.S. Air Force veteran and active reservist. During his time on active duty, he flew UH-1N, MV-22, and CV-22 aircraft and was stationed across the country. In the Air Force Reserves, he represents the Department of Defense at the FAA Air Traffic Control System Command Center. Outside of work, Rich loves playing with his five children, reading, and any activity that gets him outdoors.

John has been involved in the financial services industry since 1985 when he started as assistant controller of The Rushmore Group, a mutual fund company, and later managed its broker-dealer. In 1992 he became vice president of Voss & Co., an independent broker-dealer, and in 1995 he founded Alliant Wealth Advisors, where he served as president until it joined with Savant in 2022. John earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and information systems from Geneva College in western Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has obtained the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). John is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and a Professional Plan Consultant (PPC®). John founded the Prince William Financial Institute to provide networking and education opportunities for financial professionals in Prince William, VA. He served on the three-county Battlefield Advisory Board for Branch Bank & Trust Co. (BB&T) for 15 years and was a four-year member of the Finance Committee for the Prince William Chamber of Commerce. Due to John's special concern for the families who lost loved ones in the 9/11 terrorist attacks, he has continuously served as a docent at the 9/11 Pentagon Memorial in Arlington since the program's inception in 2009. Away from work, John enjoys competitive ultra-running (distances of 50 km or more), boating, and is an avid fan of D.C.'s professional sports teams. He lives with his family in Manassas, VA, on the Occoquan River.

Rose has been involved in the financial services industry since 2013. She earned a bachelor's degree from Smith College and a certificate in financial planning from George Mason University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a member of the Financial Planning Association. In her free time, Rose enjoys traveling, swimming, baking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jeff was a senior wealth advisor for Alliant Wealth Advisors until it joined with Savant in 2022. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Mary Washington, a master of business administration degree from George Mason University, and a certificate in financial planning from Georgetown University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Certified College Financial Consultant (CCFC). Jeff is an active member of the Financial Planning Association and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors. Jeff and his wife Laura live in Fairfax, VA and have an adult son in Burlington, VT. Jeff is an avid and not-too-shabby tennis player and enjoys traveling, hiking and biking, live theater, cooking and dining out, reading, and trying to keep up with current movies and TV.
