After two years as a Financial Advisor in Quincy, IL, he uprooted to serve clients in Centralia, IL and the surrounding Southern Illinois and Missouri areas. Laten Wayer
Laten graduated a year early from Illinois College in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics and joined Prudential immediately following the completion of his final semester. After growing his skillset for nearly two years, he joined forces with the Evergreen Wealth Strategies team and works alongside Andrew Kueker and Taylor Willhalm to better serve clients in navigating their financial decisions by assisting them in evaluating insurance needs, investing, or preparing for retirement.

Jane has been with the Prudential team since 2008 after working for over 10 years in the financial services industry. Jane has many years of experience in customer service, as well as assisting Financial Professionals in servicing the securities accounts they are overseeing. As Evergreen Wealth Strategies' Investment Support Specialist, she is our clients' go-to for their investing needs and questions.

Tim joined Evergreen Wealth Strategies in April 2024 after a 21-year career in the banking industry. From this experience, Tim has accumulated expertise in client service, commercial underwriting, risk management, regulatory compliance, operations, leadership, and personnel development. As our Financial Planning Paraplanner, Tim analyzes and inputs client information during the Financial Planning process and facilitates communication with clients' attorneys and accountants when necessary.
Kelsie Smith
Life & Annuities Support Specialist
Kelsie joined Evergreen Wealth Strategies in 2025. Her client-focused philosophy makes her a great addition to the Evergreen team as our dedicated Life and Annuities Support Specialist. Kelsie's smile is first to greet clients at our Centralia office, where she services Life Insurance applications and claims and assists clients in completing and/or updating annuity paperwork.

Torie has been with Evergreen Wealth Strategies since 2023. As our Financial Planning Support Specialist, Torie acts as the primary communicator between the advisor and the client to help ease clients through the Financial Planning process.
