His expertise with portfolio management focuses on managing downside risk as much as growing your wealth for future income. Kevin counsels clients in managing cash flows, tax planning, review of wills and estate planning objectives, planning for retirement, and providing insurance needs analysis.

As a strictly fee only firm, we counsel individuals in planning for retirement, coordinating their financial resources with their lifestyle, finding appropriate investments for their next stage in life, dealing with the loss of a spouse who managed the finances, helping to align estate plans with client objectives. OUR GOAL...to ask you good questions and simplify your financial life. We have a minimum of $1,000,000 of manageable investments and an average management fee of 1% per year. General financial planning is included with that fee.
Financial Planning for Individuals
We provide financial advice and consulting to individuals who are uncertain about planning for their future or uncomfortable soley managing their own wealth. In most cases, our clients want a person to help oversee their financial matters and validate their tax, estate, cash flows and insurance planning. We intentially limit the number of clients per advisor, in order to provide adequate attention.
Through our relationship with Charles Schwab, we act as the investment manager of client accounts. Their brokerage, trust or IRA accounts are held at Schwab, where clients can view thier finances online and get monthly statements. Once we understand client investment goals and expectations, we determine an appropriate strategy, and then place the necessary trades based on the agreed upon strategy. Our approach uses a combination of individual stock portolios, selected no load mutual funds and index funds, depending on the size of the accounts.
