Chris Bafus, DBA Pillar Financial Group is a Financial Planner. He is also a Managing Partner of Pillar Financial Group. Chris was born and raised in Washington state. Chris attended WSU from 1995-1999, receiving his BA with a major in Finance. Chris began working at MetLife in 2000 as a Financial Planner. After working for a few years as a planner, Chris stepped into the role as Manager at MetLife. After managing the MetLife office for 10 years Chris decided he wanted to go back into working one on one with clients. He stepped down as manager and stepped back into the role that he knew was his calling. Chris later started seeking for a firm that more closely matched his philosophy and passion for helping people reach their financial goals. In 2015 Chris joined Commonwealth Financial Network® as an Investment Adviser Representative and opened his own independent office in Spokane, Pillar Financial Group. Chris has been married to his wife Allison for 18 years and have 3 children. Their oldest is a sophomore in high school. She plays soccer for the Varsity team and at the premier club level. Chris also has a set of twins that are 7th graders. They also play premier level soccer as well as other sports. Chris is very much involved in the community. He sits on the board for Rockwood Retirement Community where he serves on the finance committee and the Pension Committee. He also serves on the finance committee at his church.
