Nick is a full-service financial planner who is passionate about giving back to the community. He serves in several leadership roles around Rhode Island, where he volunteers his time to local organizations. Nick is known for his all-in approach to financial advice, where clients call him with a multitude of financial questions-from advice on investments to settling an estate and buying a new home. Nick began his professional career on active duty with the US Army, serving more than five years as a Field Artillery officer and rising to the rank of Captain. It was during his deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom that Nick got his first experience as an asset advisor. He was responsible for distributing almost $5 million in the form of humanitarian aid, small business loans, and infrastructure improvements to the local population. He was awarded a Bronze Star for his service overseas. Nick grew up and resided in Smithfield for much of his life and graduated from Smithfield High School. ABOUT ME I have always been proud to be a Rhode Islander, and having grown up in Warwick I am excited to grow my family and own a business here. After graduating from The Wheeler School, I left Rhode Island for almost a decade. First, I studied at Emory where I earned a Bachelors in Business Administration in Consulting & Venture Management. I then moved to Manhattan where I worked as a consultant and later for a boutique investment firm. While I miss the hole-in-the-wall ethnic restaurants, I was happy to return home to my roots. Almost a decade ago I made the transition back to Rhode Island to work with my father in the firm he started. Family has always been most important, and he named our firm after my sister and me. There are currently three generations of Siperstein men working at my firm!
