Bill has a Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, from the United States Military Academy, West Point NY, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College, Atchison KS. Bill also has a Master of Science in Strategic Resource Planning, Eisenhower School, Washington, DC. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in VA, MD and the District of Columbia.
