Accredited Residential Manager (ARM)

Summary:

One of several education options may be taken by a candidate seeking this designation. One option is to take one comprehensive course covering all aspects of property management. A second option is to take multiple courses covering the aspects of property management in the classroom, online or at home. If you have an undergraduate or graduate degree in real estate or property management, you automatically fulfill this designations education requirement. The last way to complete the requirement is by holding one of the following designations: CAM, CRM, RAM or PCAM. Regardless of the method of covering the education requirement, a final exam must be taken and passed. The exam covers ethics, financial operations, human resources, legal and risk management, marketing and leasing.
