Jose was born and raised in Naples, Florida, the son of Cuban immigrants whose journey to the United States shaped his deep appreciation for family, hard work, and opportunity. Those values continue to guide how he serves the individuals and families he works with today.
After more than a decade in the financial services industry, Jose founded AirMar Wealth Management with a simple goal: to make financial guidance more personal, clear, and grounded in real life. He works with individuals and families to help them organize, plan, and make informed decisions about their financial future based on their unique goals and circumstances.
At the center of his approach is a straightforward belief that your life comes first, and your financial plan should support it, not complicate it.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys time on the water and the South Florida lifestyle with his wife, Lauren, and their son, Judah.
